Customized and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all personalization details (size, color, spelling, etc.) before submitting your order.

✅ If We Made a Mistake

We take pride in getting your order right! If there is an error on our part—such as a spelling mistake that doesn't match your order or a defective item—please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

📏 Sizing and Color Disclaimer

Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes or colors unless the mistake was on our end. Be sure to refer to our sizing guide and color chart when making your selection.
